SAP Procurement WM Consultant (SC Cleared)

Summary Serves as the functional product/system expert for SAP Warehouse Management ( WM /eWM) Works with client and the Logistics team to gather and analyse business requirements for the support and configuration of SAP Procurement / Warehouse Management ( WM /eWM), as well as also having the flexibility / willingness to explore other areas of SAP Logistics related functionality. Understands the business processes of the functional area and participates in the configuration, implementation, maintenance and/or enhancement of SAP modules to align with business requirements – acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) Participates in problem identification and assists in developing solutions along with the technical team.

Essential Job Functions Gathers and analyses user business requirements and processes. Understands client requirements, needs and functionality of the Procurement / Warehouse Management (WM/eWM) modules. Defines and documents business requirements and validates solutions with the client with AS-IS and TO_BE process flows. Works with business users to configure / customise SAP to translate business requirements into functional design specifications. Defines initial settings, module-relevant security settings and reporting options. Understands processes, reporting requirements and user interfaces impacted by the SAP Procurement / Warehouse Management ( WM/eWM) functionality. Acting as the Subject Matter Expert. Identifies modifications and recommends and applies changes as appropriate. Experience supporting SAP Procurement / Warehouse Management ( WM/eWM) functions, that also includes the communication and interaction with technical teams and client to resolve functional issues to meet client requirements. Provides end user training and supports junior team members on learning journeys and up-skilling.

Basic Qualifications 5+ years of SAP Warehouse Management ( WM/eWM) experience in business solutions, business analysis or management analysis experience Additional experience of SAP modules aligned to SAP eWM/ WM Experience assisting users with business process changes and improvement initiatives. Ideally SAP certified, or willing to complete certification. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
