Summary: The Process Mapping Expert will play a crucial role in the Process Excellence team, focusing on the design, implementation, and optimization of business processes, particularly in relation to SAP S/4HANA. The position requires strong process mapping skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to drive transformational change. The role involves facilitating workshops and providing training to ensure effective process execution. The contract duration is six months with potential extensions, requiring on-site presence initially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the introduction and use of business process methods and tools.
• Support the design, implementation, and use of business processes on major projects including SAP S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to inform requirements and change impacts.
• Develop a forward plan and drive plan delivery.
• Facilitate live process mapping workshops and provide training and coaching.

Key Skills:

• Strong Process Mapping skills and experience.
• Process thinking skills and Process Excellence experience.
• Experience using or managing BPM applications (e.g., BIC, Signavio).
• Experience with SAP/S4HANA or ERP systems.
• Excellent networking, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Confident presenter and workshop facilitator.
