Summary: The role of SAP Plant Maintenance Lead Consultant involves serving as a Subject Matter Expert with a focus on Asset Lifecycle Management in regulated manufacturing. The consultant will lead the transformation of Asset Management capabilities across multiple manufacturing sites and ensure effective use of SAP Plant Maintenance. This position requires strong functional knowledge of SAP PM and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. The opportunity is with a leading organization engaged in a dynamic program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the transformation of Asset Management capability across multiple internal manufacturing sites
- Define, standardise, and improve end-to-end Asset Lifecycle Management processes
- Ensure effective and compliant use of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Own the global Asset Management process and roadmap
Key Skills:
- Strong background in Asset Lifecycle Management within regulated manufacturing, particularly plant management
- Deep functional knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) (S/4HANA or ECC)
- Proven experience delivering multi-site engineering or IT change
- Expertise in master data definition and governance
- Working knowledge of SHE and product safety requirements
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical detail into business outcomes
- Engineering or science degree (or equivalent experience)
