Key Responsibilities:
- Configure SAP HCM payroll for gross and net payroll.
- Maintain payroll schemas and PCRs.
- Manage statutory and occupational absences.
- Oversee payroll processes including BACS, HMRC RTI, PAYE.
- Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation.
- Handle incident management and ticket resolution.
- Support year-end activities and implement support packs.
- Coordinate with clients and SAP teams for issue resolution.
- Manage work schedules, ESS, MSS incidents, and CATS.
- Conduct issue analysis, configuration changes, testing, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the BASIS team for transport movements in the SAP landscape.
Key Skills:
- SAP HCM (ECC6) payroll configuration.
- Strong configuration and functional experience in SAP Payroll.
- Experience with statutory and occupational absences.
- Knowledge of payroll processes such as BACS, HMRC RTI, PAYE.
- Understanding of UK payroll legislation.
- Incident management skills.
