Summary: The SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Lead will oversee the P2P stream within a major SAP S/4HANA transformation project, focusing on integration with finance and operational processes. The role requires strong Coupa experience and expertise in SAP MM and vendor master data management. The successful candidate will drive solution design, data migration, and ensure alignment with business processes. This position is based in London and operates outside IR35 regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own P2P solution design and delivery across SAP S/4HANA (MM).
  • Drive cross-functional integration with Finance (FI/CO), EWM, and Plant Maintenance (PM).
  • Lead data migration, testing, and cutover activities.
  • Manage system integrators, consultants, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate material/vendor master data and alignment with business processes.
  • Support transition from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA Fiori-enabled processes.
  • Contribute to full lifecycle implementation: design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Exposure to Coupa for procurement integration.

Project Details:

Our client is delivering a major SAP S/4HANA transformation to modernise its finance, procurement, Engineering and Operational processes. We are seeking an experienced SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Lead with strong Coupa experience to lead the P2P stream, ensuring seamless integration with SAP Finance, Inventory, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Plant Maintenance (PM). The person must have strong knowledge of SAP MM and vendor master data. They should understand MRP fields, valuation fields, purchasing organisation fields, and warehouse management fields. This is important so they can help the business collect the correct data, check the data is accurate, and make sure the data supports the business processes.
