Summary: The SAP P2P Functional Analyst will join the SAP Centre of Excellence for an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, focusing on optimizing finance and controlling business processes. Responsibilities include process mapping, configuration, requirements gathering, and user training, while collaborating with various teams to enhance SAP P2P solutions. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and adherence to ITIL best practices. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement with a salary of circa £60,000 plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in the entire project lifecycle, from setup to final delivery.
• Propose and specify configuration and ABAP solutions for business changes.
• Analyse business requirements through workshops and documentation.
• Map requirements to SAP P2P processes and design solutions.
• Customise and develop the SAP system within the SAP Centre of Excellence team.
• Assist in testing and developing test scripts.
• Design, test, and implement SAP P2P configurations within a project management framework.
• Collaborate with external and internal development teams to deliver SAP solutions.
• Focus on continuous process improvement and enhancing end-user experience.
• Support training delivery for SAP users across UK sites.

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of procurement processes.
• Extensive experience with ERP systems, especially SAP P2P.
• Knowledge of key finance functions, including double entry bookkeeping, P&L, Balance Sheet, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining SAP P2P solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori.
• Familiarity with BTP workflow module (preferred).
