Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM/SD Support Consultant to join a fast-paced and dynamic S/4HANA programme for a leading client based in Central London. This is an onsite role (5 days per week) with a competitive day rate of £300/day on a 6-month contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support for SAP MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales & Distribution) modules within an S/4HANA environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across functional and technical layers.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to analyse, prioritise, and resolve issues.
• Support end-users and business process owners with day-to-day SAP-related activities and enhancements.
• Maintain system integrity, configuration, and support documentation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance and continuous improvement.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes as part of the support lifecycle.
• Support user training and knowledge transfer where necessary.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in SAP MM and SD modules, with deep understanding of associated business processes.
• Mandatory experience with SAP S/4HANA - ideally within a recent transformation or upgrade project.
• Proven background in delivering 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support within complex SAP environments.
• Ability to assess, document, and resolve a range of functional and technical issues.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work in fast-paced, evolving project settings.

Desirable Skills:

• Retail sector project experience highly desirable.
• Familiarity with integration points across other S/4 modules (eg, FI, WM, PP).
• Experience working with offshore support teams or in global delivery models.

Additional Information:

• Travel to Central London office is required 5 days per week.
• Candidates must have the right to work in the UK - sponsorship is not available.
