Summary: The role of SAP MM/PP Super User involves providing expert support in production planning and scheduling within SAP S/4HANA, particularly focusing on Make-to-Order and Engineer-to-Order processes in heavy manufacturing or defence sectors. The position requires training MRP Controllers and Schedulers while ensuring the integrity of master data for effective materials planning. This is an onsite role with a contract duration of three months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an SAP MM/PP Super User, bringing hands-on expertise in Make-to-Order (MTO) and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) processes, preferably within the heavy manufacturing or defence sectors.
- Provide deep functional knowledge of production planning and scheduling in SAP S/4HANA, including the use of QM elements and management of production orders.
- Support finance integration by understanding activity rates on work centers and their impact on cost control and project accounting.
- Train MRP Controllers and Schedulers, while identifying and correcting master data issues critical to effective materials planning and shop floor execution.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on expertise in SAP MM/PP, particularly in MTO and ETO processes.
- Functional knowledge of production planning and scheduling in SAP S/4HANA.
- Understanding of finance integration and cost control.
- Experience in training and supporting MRP Controllers and Schedulers.
