Summary: The SAP MDG Programme Manager will lead a Greenfield SAP MDG implementation for a large, multi-country consumer goods organization. This role requires a blend of strategic oversight, hands-on programme delivery, and technical expertise in SAP Master Data Governance. The ideal candidate will manage third-party suppliers and engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and best practices. Strong programme management skills and experience in complex environments are essential for success in this high-impact leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of a Greenfield SAP MDG implementation across multiple countries and business units.
  • Define and drive the overall programme strategy, timelines, milestones, risk mitigation plans, and budget controls.
  • Engage and manage third-party suppliers and system integrators to ensure delivery performance and alignment with project objectives.
  • Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Provide leadership in defining and governing master data models, workflows, and governance processes in line with SAP MDG best practices.
  • Work closely with data owners, IT, and business units to ensure alignment on data standards, policies, and compliance.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and reporting at executive and programme board level.

Our leading global client is seeking an experienced SAP MDG Programme Manager to lead a Greenfield SAP MDG implementation within a large, multi-country consumer goods organisation. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), combined with strong programme management and supplier management capabilities. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a blend of strategic oversight, hands-on programme delivery, and technical understanding of the MDG solution, data models, and governance structures.
