Summary: The role of MDG Architect involves leading the implementation of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions, requiring extensive experience in SAP MDG and related modules. The position demands strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with responsibilities including data modeling, requirement gathering, and collaboration with technical teams. The contract is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three days a week in the office, and is set for a duration of nine months. The role is based in Slough, England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and estimations for SAP MDG application.
- Design functional specifications for data modeling, UI modeling, and rules/validations in BRF+.
- Implement replication modeling using DRFin, DRFout, IDOCs, ALE, and SOAP services.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop future state solution architecture for MDG implementation.
- Share best practices and address common technical issues.
- Support high-level logical data model definition and feasibility discussions with MDG.
- Oversee full life cycle implementation including blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, configurations, data migrations, cutovers, and go-live experience.
- Own project deliverables across all phases of the project.
Key Skills:
- 15+ years of total experience with 10+ years in relevant roles.
- Mandatory skills in SAP MDG.
- Desired skills in SAP MM and SAP SD.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
