Summary: Kirtana Consulting is seeking an SAP MDG Architect for a 6-month rolling contract based in Slough. The role requires extensive experience in SAP MDG, along with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The architect will be responsible for functional design, data modeling, and collaborating with technical teams to develop a solution architecture for MDG implementation. Candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of the SAP Activate methodology and full life cycle implementation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and estimations for SAP MDG application.
- Develop functional designs for data modeling, UI modeling, and rules/validations in BRF+.
- Implement replication modeling including DRFin, DRFout, IDOCs, ALE, and SOAP services for SAP MDG.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create future state solution architecture for MDG implementation.
- Share best practices and address common technical issues and approaches.
- Support high-level logical data model definition and feasibility discussions with MDG.
- Oversee full life cycle implementation including blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, configurations, data migrations, cutovers, and go-live.
- Own project deliverables across all phases of the project.
Key Skills:
- 15+ years of total experience with 10+ years of relevant experience in SAP MDG.
- Proficiency in SAP MDG, SAP MM, and SAP SD.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
- Experience in full life cycle implementation of SAP MDG.
