Summary: The SAP Manufacturing Shopfloor Specialist role is focused on supporting the UK SAP landscape within a manufacturing environment, ensuring operational efficiency and minimal downtime. The position requires strong SAP expertise, particularly in manufacturing and operations, to assist in various projects and support the transition from legacy systems. The role involves collaboration with international teams and stakeholders to enhance business functions and maintain high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the UK SAP Landscape to ensure rate ramp-up and minimal downtime.
- Manage service delivery with minimal disruption to the UK business.
- Provide local Shop Floor and Quality support for new deployments and testing.
- Assist in the migration from local UK SAP legacy systems to corporate Resource Planning.
- Test functionality of developments in UK SAP to enhance business functions.
- Adhere to change management processes to minimize operational disruption.
- Support new developments or digital projects integrating with SAP.
- Handle L2/L3 incidents and ensure MTTR targets are met.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Represent the product and deliver according to expectations.
- Maintain high standards of ethics and compliance within Digital.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in SAP-QM, SAP-PP, and SAP-MM.
- Experience in manufacturing operations and quality processes.
- Background in a manufacturing-oriented business environment.
- Knowledge of product/service planning and delivery.
- Digital/change management experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to simplify complex digital concepts.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Beneficial: SAP Fiori (UI5) experience, debugging knowledge, compliance regulations knowledge, SAP HANA experience, leadership skills.
