Key Responsibilities:

• Support the UK SAP Landscape to ensure rate ramp-up and minimal downtime.
• Manage service delivery with minimal disruption to the UK business.
• Provide local Shop Floor and Quality support for new deployments and testing.
• Assist in the migration from local UK SAP legacy systems to corporate Resource Planning.
• Test functionality of developments in UK SAP to enhance business functions.
• Adhere to change management processes to minimize operational disruption.
• Support new developments or digital projects integrating with SAP.
• Handle L2/L3 incidents and ensure MTTR targets are met.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Represent the product and deliver according to expectations.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and compliance within Digital.

Key Skills:
