We are seeking an experienced SAP Lead-to-Cash (L2C) Data & Analytics Lead to design and implement data-driven solutions that optimize and support the end-to-end lead-to-cash process.
This role will focus on leveraging SAP S/4HANA and advanced analytics tools to enhance visibility, efficiency, and decision-making in areas such as customer engagement, order management, billing, and revenue recognition.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in data transformation, analytics, and SAP S/4HANA modules supporting the L2C cycle.Key Responsibilities

- Data Strategy and Governance:
- Develop a comprehensive data strategy to support the Lead-to-Cash process.
- Establish data governance frameworks, ensuring high data quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Analytics Enablement:
- Design and implement analytical dashboards and reporting solutions using tools like SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Embedded analytics within SAP S/4HANA.
- Provide actionable insights into lead generation, sales performance, order management, and revenue tracking.
- Integration and Transformation:
- Manage data migration and transformation during SAP S/4HANA implementations or upgrades.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA and other systems, such as CRM platforms (SAP C/4HANA or Salesforce).
- Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and optimize the L2C process using data insights.
- Support customer journey enhancements by integrating sales and service analytics.
- Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead a team of analysts and developers, providing guidance on best practices in data modeling and analytics.
- Act as a liaison between IT, finance, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of analytics solutions with business goals.
- System Monitoring and Reporting:
- Implement Real Time monitoring solutions to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the L2C process.
- Oversee the creation of standardized reports for revenue recognition, order backlog, and customer satisfaction metrics.
