Hire Mode : Contract

Experience Range: 10 15 years

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the voice of catering operations in global process design discussions.
  • Map integration needs between Middle Office (menu/forecasting) and SAP (procurement, inventory, billing).
  • Define operational data needs such as meal counts, recipe forecasting, and site-level reporting.
  • Support rollout of operational processes across catering segments (education, healthcare, B&I).
  • Collaborate with local operations teams to gather input and validate prototypes.
