SAP HR Project Manager - SuccessFactors - 6 Month Contract - Inside IR35

We're working with a leading UK organisation who are looking to engage an experienced SAP HR Project Manager to support a key HR transformation programme (including SAP SuccessFactors).

The successful candidate will take ownership of project delivery across HR technology, coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, risks, dependencies and ensuring successful delivery into the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP HR/SuccessFactors projects.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal teams, SAP specialists and third-party vendors.
• Work closely with HR, IT and business stakeholders.
• Support the implementation and integration of SuccessFactors modules.
• Ensure projects remain on track against scope, budget and timelines.
• Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Support testing, deployment and transition into BAU.

Key Requirements

• Strong SAP HR/HCM Project Management experience.
• Proven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors projects.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Experience managing complex HR transformation programmes.
• Understanding of SuccessFactors integrations and the wider SAP landscape.
• Strong delivery, governance and communication skills.
