Summary: The SAP HR Business Analyst (SuccessFactors HR Payroll) role involves supporting the implementation of a new HR system, specifically S4 Hana Public Cloud for SuccessFactors. Key Responsibilities:
- Support Fit to Standard workshops by documenting key business processes, decisions, and outcomes.
- Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and SAP standard capabilities.
- Analyse current HR payroll processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with IT and SAP SuccessFactors support.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend best practices.
- Optimize payroll processes for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Provide training and support to HR and Payroll teams on SuccessFactors modules.
- Act as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries.
- Develop and generate report specifications for HR and payroll operations.
- Work closely with data migration teams.
Key Skills:
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HR.
- Proven experience in HR and payroll business analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and related HRIS systems.
- Expertise with BPM software like Visio, ARIS, or SAP Signavio.
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll or related modules (preferred).
- Knowledge of HRIS integration with other systems.
- CIPD or CIPP qualifications (desirable but not mandatory).
