Summary: The SAP HCM & PY Consultant role requires extensive hands-on experience with core SAP ECC HCM modules, including Personnel Administration and UK Payroll. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and integrating SAP systems, writing documentation, and mentoring junior team members. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement core SAP ECC HCM modules - Personnel Administration, Organisation Management, Time Management, and SAP UK Payroll.
- Utilize ABAP for programming and integration of SAP ECC HCM with other SAP products and third-party systems.
- Write client-ready documentation including change requests, project proposals, and testing documentation.
- Participate in SAP full lifecycle implementations and system upgrades.
- Support and mentor less experienced team members.
Key Skills:

- Extensive exposure to ABAP with hands-on programming experience
- Exposure to the integration of SAP ECC HCM with other SAP products and 3 rd party systems using tools like SAP CPI

- Participated in at least 4 SAP full lifecycle implementations or system upgrades
- Participated in at least 2 rounds of support packs
- Experienced in supporting/mentoring less experienced team members

- Exposure to SAP Workflows
