Key Responsibilities:

• Implement core SAP ECC HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organisation Management, Time Management, and SAP UK Payroll.
• Participate in full lifecycle implementations and system upgrades of SAP HCM.
• Support and mentor less experienced team members.
• Integrate SAP ECC HCM with other SAP products and third-party systems using tools like SAP CPI.
• Engage in support pack updates and enhancements.
