Summary: We are looking for a senior-level Technical Lead for a 2-month data integrity project in Hatfield, focusing on data flow stabilization and cloud integration. We are seeking an immediate, senior-level Technical Lead to join a critical 2-month data integrity project based in the Hatfield area. This is a high-impact, short-term engagement.
The ChallengeThe core objective is to ensure absolutely seamless, stable, and timely replication of core employee data-specifically Payroll, Time, and Organisational information-between our client's established on-premise system and their new cloud HR platform. This is a technical stability and troubleshooting role requiring expert hands.
What You Will DeliverDeep-Level Integration: You will take ownership of the technical interfaces, ensuring data integrity and stability between the two systems are maintained for critical HR processes.
Technical Troubleshooting: Rapidly diagnose and resolve complex data flow failures and errors using technical tools.
Code Review & Enhancement: Utilise ABAP and integration tools (OData/SOAP) to review, enhance, and secure the existing data transfer methods.
You are a contract specialist who thrives on solving difficult technical integration problems and can prove expertise in two key areas:
SAP Core Technicals: Advanced knowledge of technical debugging and data structures within SAP HCM/HR.
Cloud Connectivity: Proven, hands-on experience developing and troubleshooting integrations using modern web services (OData/SOAP) with a major Cloud HR solution (eg, SuccessFactors, Workday).
This is a mandate for a technical expert, not a functional configuration role.
