Key Requirements

• ACTIVE SC Clearance
• Expert-level experience in SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC), including SAP Security and compliance frameworks.
• Strong expertise in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), with knowledge of risk management, controls and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience with SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG) and identity and access management processes.
• Extensive experience in business process architecture, process design, requirements gathering and documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and advisory skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional decisions and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse, design and optimise business processes, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives, governance and compliance standards.
• Lead SAP GRC process design and improvements, strengthening governance, risk management and compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define functional requirements, use cases and implementation strategies.
• Develop, review and refine comprehensive process documentation, ensuring quality, accuracy and successful implementation.
• Provide expert guidance across multiple teams, influencing strategic decisions, resolving complex challenges and driving continuous improvement.
