Summary: A top-tier global professional service firm is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant specializing in Accounting modules Controlling for a 6-month contract. The role involves leading a greenfield SAP S/4Hana project, engaging with stakeholders, and translating business processes into technical requirements. The successful candidate must possess active SC Clearance and extensive experience in Finance and Controlling. This position is based in London with travel to Reading and classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:

You will join a small part of the business and liaise with business stakeholders to understand the wants and needs of the assignment, gather information and execute the project plans from a functional perspective. As a SAP Functional Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping business processes, translating them into technical requirements, and guiding their implementation. This role requires an expert with extensive experience in Finance and Controlling. You will act as a trusted advisor, using your deep knowledge to solve complex business challenges and lead a dynamic team to success.
The Successful candidate should have the following Core SAP Expertise
- SAP FI S/4Hana Accounting
- SAP Controlling
- Project System (PS)
- Functional Skills and knowledge
- Hands on experience in leading design workshops
