Summary: The role of SAP FSCM Consultant – Collections & Banking involves configuring and supporting SAP FSCM modules, particularly focusing on Collections and Banking processes within SAP ECC. The consultant will work closely with various stakeholders to manage financial supply chain activities, ensuring effective handling of accounts receivable and banking operations. The position requires a strong hands-on experience in relevant FSCM modules and a solid understanding of financial processes. The working arrangement is hybrid, with three days on-site and two days remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP FSCM Credit Management
- Manage Collections Management (strategies, worklists, and dunning integration)
- Configure and support Dispute Management cases and workflows
- Handle Cash Application, including lockbox processing and Autobank add-on
- Support bank interfaces, incoming payments, and reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with AR, OTC, Treasury, and business stakeholders
- Support month-end closing and operational reporting activities
