Summary: The role of SAP Functional Analyst involves conducting in-depth discovery meetings to understand and capture complex business requirements and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to understand and capture business requirements.
• Define and develop specification documents and review them with stakeholders.
• Liaise with Product Management teams and technical resources during product development.
• Ensure services are delivered according to customer requirements.
• Provide support as a subject matter expert, including interface monitoring and production issue resolution.
• Conduct missing parts demand analysis and root cause analysis.
