Summary: The SAP Finance Systems Support Analyst role involves providing first-line support for users of the SAP S4HANA Public Cloud Finance System and SAP Analytics Cloud. The analyst will maintain and support the organization's finance systems, troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and provide user training across Finance, Procurement, and Operations. This position requires a background in Finance and experience with SAP systems. The role is classified as inside IR35, necessitating the use of an FCSA Accredited Umbrella Company.
Key Responsibilities:
- First line support and resolution of user tickets for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Projects, General Ledger, Banking, User access.
- Daily system checks.
- Master data management – cost centers, projects, GL accounts, hierarchies.
- Supporting the Accounts Payable team with payment runs.
- Supporting the Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting, Business Partnering & Capital Accountants.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
- Provide technical support to end-users.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.
- Test & implement approved system changes and upgrades.
- Test and validate system enhancements before deployment.
- User training and documentation.
- Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and user guides.

SAP Finance Systems Support Analyst
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a SAP Finance Systems Support Analyst. This role will be Inside of IR35, so you will be required to use an FCSA Accredited Umbrella Company.
Key Requirements:
- To provide first line support for users using the SAP S4HANA Public Cloud Finance System & SAP Analytics Cloud.
- To provide occasional cover and support for team member around SAP Supplier Lifecycle Portal & ARIBA.
- The Finance Systems Support Analyst, will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization's finance systems.
- This role involves providing first line support for users across Finance, Procurement & Operations.
- This includes troubleshooting issues, implementing system enhancements, providing user training, and ensuring the overall efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes.
- A background in Finance (ideally) and experience in first line support for SAP S4HANA & SAC users.
