Key Requirements
- 6+ years of experience across SAP Finance, SAP FI/CO and SAP systems integration within multi-country environments.
- Strong hands-on SAP FI & CO experience, with a good understanding of Finance and Supply Chain processes.
- Proven experience supporting SAP implementations, deployments and production environments, including transition into support.
- Strong SAP integration experience, including interfaces, IDocs, XML messages, monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Experience working across multiple SAP areas, with a working understanding of SAP PP, QM and IM.
- Strong understanding of business process integration across multiple systems and experience bridging business, functional and technical teams.
- SAP S/4HANA experience is highly desirable, with exposure to Fiori and BRF+ advantageous.
- Experience working with Service Desk/ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
Key Responsibilities
- Support SAP Finance deployments and project activities, ensuring effective transition into business-as-usual support.
- Support the integration of SAP with other business systems, including interface setup, monitoring, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Analyse complex SAP issues and provide effective solutions using strong functional knowledge and business process understanding.
- Work closely with technical developers to design, validate and implement SAP solutions aligned to business requirements.
- Act as the key link between business users, SAP functional teams and Level 3/external support providers, ensuring issues and requirements are effectively managed through to resolution.
- Support integration, regression and non-regression testing across SAP and connected systems.
- Establish and maintain training materials and curricula to improve SAP understanding, capability and productivity across internal teams and multiple countries.
