Summary: The role of SAP Finance Consultant focuses on leading the implementation of Financial Closing Cockpit (FCC) within SAP S/4HANA environments and harmonizing financial reporting across multinational entities. The consultant will collaborate with finance stakeholders to ensure compliance and audit requirements are met while configuring core SAP FI/CO modules. The position requires expertise in financial close automation and real-time reporting structures. Additionally, the candidate must be willing to travel to Germany twice a month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support FCC implementation within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Drive harmonization of financial reporting processes across multiple countries and legal entities.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to align reporting, closing, and consolidation processes with compliance and audit requirements.
• Configure and support core SAP FI/CO modules, including AR, AP, GL, and COPA.
• Design and implement financial close automation, task templates, and Real Time reporting structures using S/4HANA Universal Journal (ACDOCA).

Key Skills:

• Full-cycle SAP ECC and full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong hands-on expertise in FCC configuration, data migration tools (eg, LTMC, LSMW), and Embedded analytics.
• Proven experience in multinational finance environments, ideally within automotive, industrial manufacturing, or capital goods sectors.
• Functional knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory & Costing, Profitability Analysis, and P&L reporting.
• Experience coordinating with both internal finance stakeholders (Controllers, CFOs, Shared Services) and external audit teams.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migration strategy, financial data harmonization, and compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of BW/4HANA, Cognos/TM1, or external system integration (eg, payroll, Salesforce) is a plus.
• The candidate must be able to travel twice a month to Germany.
