Summary: As a SAP Finance Change Manager, you will be instrumental in transforming finance operations for a Managed Service retail client by implementing a new ERP system. This role involves developing change management strategies, collaborating with process teams, and ensuring effective communication throughout the transformation. You will also foster a culture of continuous improvement within finance teams while managing change readiness and adoption. The position is based in London and requires on-site work two days a week for an initial three-month contract inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a compelling change management strategy to support the organization's move to the new ERP system.
  • Collaborate closely with process work stream teams to understand business impact and design changes.
  • Communicate effectively with end-users to keep them informed and engaged throughout the transformation.
  • Manage change readiness and adoption, supporting a continuous improvement culture within finance teams.
  • Create and deliver targeted communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the transformation.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience in change management, preferably within a large-scale ERP implementation or finance transformation project.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record in driving organizational change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.

We're seeking a SAP Finance Change Manager in London (2 days per week) to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our long standing Managed Service retail client. please note, this is an initial 3 month Inside IR35 PAYE Umbrella contract that will require onsite working in London 2 days per week

Summary

As a SAP Finance Change Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful transformation of finance operations. The programme is adopting agile ways of working (with an overall waterfall release process) and is currently going through sprints to build core areas of capability with teams split into key process work stream (Procure to Pay; Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Asset Management; Record to Analyse and Plan). The programme has reset its supplier model and needs
