Summary: As a SAP Finance Change Communications Manager, you will be instrumental in transforming finance operations by overseeing the internal communications strategy during the implementation of the new SAP S/4HANA system. Your role will involve engaging stakeholders, managing communications, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This position is based in London and requires onsite work two days a week for an initial three-month contract. The role is classified as inside IR35 and operates under PAYE via an umbrella company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management and communications strategy to support the finance ERP transformation.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear, consistent, and compelling messaging reaches all impacted teams.
  • Work closely with key process work streams to understand business impacts and design tailored communications.
  • Create and deliver targeted communications to drive change readiness and adoption among finance teams.
  • Support the establishment of a continuous improvement culture by facilitating feedback and addressing user concerns.
  • Lead the internal communications team, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of all program-related messaging.

Key Skills:

  • Significant experience in change management and internal communications, preferably within a large-scale ERP implementation or finance transformation project.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into user-friendly content.
  • Proven track record of driving stakeholder engagement and managing change at all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities they present.

We're seeking a SAP Finance Change Communications Manager in London (2 days per week) to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our long standing Managed Service retail client. please note, this is an initial 3 month Inside IR35 PAYE Umbrella contract that will require onsite working in London 2 days per week

Summary
