SAP FICO Consultant

Summary: The SAP FICO Consultant role involves supporting business-as-usual operations during the transition to S/4HANA for a leading medical device company in Manchester. The position requires strong configuration expertise in SAP FICO and offers third-line support across the FI and CO modules. This contract role is expected to last for an initial 6 months with potential for extension, requiring on-site presence 2 to 3 days a week. The consultant will play a crucial role in delivering strategic changes and providing expert-level support across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support business-as-usual operations during the transition to S/4HANA.
• Deliver strategically important changes and provide expert-level support across Europe.
• Offer third-line support across the FI and CO modules.
• Utilize strong configuration expertise in SAP FICO.
• Collaborate with the internal project team and assist in the transition process.
• Provide integration support with SD and MM modules.
• Conduct business analysis and ensure compliance with European financial regulations.

Key Skills:

• Solid experience in SAP FICO, both implementation and support.
• Deep hands-on configuration skills.
• Proven integration experience with SD and MM.
• Strong business analysis capabilities.
• Solid understanding of finance business processes and accounting principles.
• Familiarity with European financial regulations, tax, and compliance.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
