Summary: The SAP Exit Programme Manager will lead strategic initiatives for SAP decommissioning, migration, and transition, ensuring minimal disruption and value-driven outcomes for clients. This role demands a seasoned leader who can manage complex programmes while collaborating with senior stakeholders to define strategies and mitigate risks. Key Skills:

  • Experience leading complex SAP exit, decommissioning, or transformation programmes.
  • 5+ years’ experience within consulting or regulated industries (e.g., Life Sciences, Pharma, or Financial Services).
  • Big4 experience is a strong plus.
  • Deep understanding of SAP architecture, modules, and enterprise integrations.
  • Strong programme and portfolio management capabilities (PMP, Prince2, MSP or equivalent).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills at executive level.
