Summary: SAP EWM Consultant is needed for a 6-month contract in the UK, requiring proven SAP EWM experience and the ability to work independently on a fast-paced project. The role involves supporting the design and development of business processes and technical solutions within a global SAP environment. The consultant will also be responsible for building relationships with business partners and providing training and knowledge transfer. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support design and development of business process and technical solutions to the global SAP environment in cooperation with information technology and business users.
- Build relationships with business partners and end-users to grow business process knowledge.
- Leverage Finance and Supply Chain business and technical experience to propose innovations that improve productivity and controls.
- Provide initial consulting and resolve issues to security steward community and end-users.
- Resolve business and technical issues impacting global and local processes.
- Coordinate and provide EWM in support at for the clients assigned.
- Providing updates to customers regarding ongoing issues.
- Identify and act on incremental innovation opportunities based on consulting requests received.
- Provide business process and SAP training and formal knowledge transfer around key integration points and cross-functional implications of processes.
- Share key learning points and system changes to the relevant community to increase business process knowledge and SAP proficiency.
Key Skills:
- Experience in SAP EWM essential.
- Agile and must be able to collaboratively work with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and implement SAP EWM based solution.
- Hold on regional language is an added advantage (Spanish, French, German or Italian).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Warehouse & Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM with expertise in S/4 HANA implementation.
- SAP decentralised EWM, S/4 HANA, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, Quality Management (QM) integration with EWM & Configuration, Change Management.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end implementation projects and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- SAP certifications in relevant areas (optional but preferred).
