Summary: The Technical Product Owner for SAP/ERP will serve as a crucial link between business stakeholders and delivery teams, focusing on the technical product vision and the successful execution of ERP initiatives. This role requires a strong technical background and experience in Agile environments, particularly with ERP implementations like SAP S/4HANA. The position is contract-based, located in Guildford, and requires eligibility for Security Clearance. The role is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Own the technical product vision and define prioritised requirements.
- Drive the successful delivery of complex technical solutions, including ERP initiatives.
- Translate business needs into clear, prioritised technical requirements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Utilise tools such as Jira and Confluence in modern SDLC practices.
- Ensure eligibility for Security Clearance.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar in Agile environments.
- Strong technical background in software development, architecture, or systems.
- Experience leading or supporting ERP implementations, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and modern SDLC practices.
- Technical exposure to SaaS/cloud technologies and web applications.
- Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as C#, Python, SQL, or PowerShell.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner (or similar) in Agile environments
- Strong technical background (software development, architecture, or systems)
- Experience leading or supporting ERP implementations (ideally SAP S/4HANA)
