Summary: The SAP ERP Implementation Project Manager will lead critical SAP projects for clients, focusing on full-lifecycle implementations. The role requires extensive experience in managing SAP ERP projects, particularly with S/4HANA and ECC. The position involves collaboration with stakeholders, project governance, and effective communication. This is a 12-month engagement outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP ERP implementation projects (planning, execution, monitoring, closing).
- Business process analysis, lead several workshops for business.
- Define scope, goals, deliverables, and resource needs.
- Support the RfP process by producing the document, supporting in releasing, evaluating the responses and presenting to the Steering committee for approval.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and issues.
- Serve as the primary communication for all internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project governance and quality standards.
- Oversee change management.
- Prepare and present status/decisions/summary to management.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years managing full-lifecycle SAP ERP implementations.
- Experience with at least 2-3 full SAP ERP implementations (eg, S/4HANA, ECC).
- Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies (SAP Activate, ASAP).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); other languages (German, French, Spanish) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel for physical meetings/workshops to Germany, Slovakia, Madrid, Switzerland.

Skills Required:
5+ years managing full-lifecycle SAP ERP implementations.
Experience with at least 2-3 full SAP ERP implementations (eg, S/4HANA, ECC).
Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies (SAP Activate, ASAP).
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
