Summary: We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to lead a significant SAP ERP S/4HANA rollout in a manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Define & Align Architecture: Develop an end-to-end SAP-centric architecture roadmap, ensuring that solutions integrate smoothly with existing systems (MES, PLM, legacy apps).
• Conduct Impact Analysis: Evaluate the effect of all ERP changes on peripheral systems, coordinating adjustments, risk mitigation, and phased transitions to maintain business continuity.
• Lead Solution Design: Oversee solution design and configuration, balancing SAP “clean core” principles with necessary customizations to meet manufacturing-specific demands.
• Ensure Governance & Compliance: Establish architecture guidelines, evaluate solution options for consistency with enterprise standards, and manage architecture reviews.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with business units, IT teams, and executive sponsors to align technical solutions with strategic objectives and drive long-term value.
• Mentor & Guide Teams: Provide leadership to architects and technical specialists, ensuring effective knowledge-sharing and best-practice adoption in SAP-centric projects.
