SAP DM Consultants

Summary: The role of SAP DM Consultant requires candidates with 4–8+ years of experience in SAP Digital Manufacturing, specifically those who have completed at least one full implementation and have expertise in SAP MES configuration. The position involves managing production processes, tracking shop floor control, and configuring analytics and KPIs. Key Responsibilities:

• Complete at least one full SAP DM implementation.
• Work in SAP MES configuration (like SAP ME).
• Map SAP PP and QM processes with SAP DM processes.
• Manage real-time production processes and track shop floor control (SFC) numbers.
• Collect data, set up routing, and ensure standard DM reports for operator guidance.
• Configure analytics and standard KPIs like OEE, quality overview, and plant availability.
• Schedule and coordinate tools, machines, and personnel based on qualifications and real-time capacity.

Key Skills:
