Summary: The role of SAP Hybris Developer involves supporting the development and customization of enterprise e-commerce platforms using SAP Commerce Cloud. The position requires extensive experience in Hybris solutions, backend integration, and building scalable services. The developer will work within a modern technology stack to enhance e-commerce functionalities. This is a contract position based in England, with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and customization of enterprise e-commerce platforms using SAP Hybris.
  • Work on Hybris-based solutions and integrate with backend systems.
  • Build scalable services within a modern technology stack.
  • Develop REST/SOAP web services and manage product data modeling.
  • Utilize Hybris CMS, WCMS, Solr, HMC, and Product Cockpit for e-commerce functionalities.
  • Implement unit testing and integration testing for developed solutions.

Key Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience as a SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Developer.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Hybris e-commerce platform customization.
  • Experience with Hybris CMS, WCMS, Solr, HMC, Product Cockpit.
  • Experience working with ImpEx, CronJobs, Catalogs, Categories, and Products.
  • Experience integrating Hybris with SAP backend systems.
  • Experience developing REST/SOAP web services.
  • Experience with Spring Boot and GraphQL.
  • Understanding of application security concepts including authentication and authorization.
  • Experience with Git/GitLab version control.
  • Experience with unit testing and integration testing.
  • Nice to have: Experience with Spock Framework, WireMock, Docker, and Kubernetes.
