Key Responsibilities:

  • Testing SAP Datasphere components including Spaces, Connections, Data Flows, Views, and Analytical Models.
  • Semantic modelling and business layer design.
  • Utilizing HR domain knowledge for testing.
  • Understanding HR processes such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Performance, and Compensation.
  • Familiarity with HR KPIs and metrics.
  • Testing SuccessFactors Integration.
  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors OData APIs.
  • Modelling data from Employee Central, Recruiting, and Compensation modules.
  • Data management during testing.
  • Data harmonization, transformation, and governance.
  • Experience with MDFC/CDW or similar HR data warehouses.

Key Skills:

  • SQL and Data Modelling best practices.
  • Knowledge of SAC Planning and integration with Datasphere.
  • Understanding of cloud architecture and security.
