Summary: The SAP Datasphere Consultant role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing HR data models within SAP Datasphere, with a focus on integrating with SAP SuccessFactors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement HR-specific data models in SAP Datasphere for core HR processes (Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Performance Management).
  • Develop semantic layers, views, and fact tables for HR analytics and planning.
  • Create harmonized data structures for SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation).
  • Implement data lineage and governance for HR datasets.
  • Integrate HR data from SuccessFactors into SAP Datasphere using OData APIs for Modelling.
  • Ensure real-time or scheduled replication of SuccessFactors data into Datasphere.
  • Optimize data acquisition pipelines for large HR datasets.
  • Implement best practices for query performance and data security.
  • Prepare HR data models for consumption in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for planning and reporting.
  • Work closely with HR business stakeholders to understand requirements.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and BI teams for end-to-end solution delivery.
