Summary: The SAP Data Test Analyst role involves supporting a major transformation within a leading luxury organization by reviewing and interpreting test data requirements, analyzing SAP data structures, and collaborating with functional teams. The position requires a strong understanding of SAP data management and the ability to document and verify data for testing purposes. The analyst will also maintain a catalog of reusable test data and ensure compliance with data privacy standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret predefined test data requirements and translate them into data identification tasks.
- Analyse SAP data structures and business processes to locate suitable test data records that meet scenario needs.
- Collaborate with SAP functional teams and test leads to validate data requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Use SAP transaction codes and data viewing tools (eg, SE16, SQVI, SE11) to navigate and verify data without making changes.
- Document data identification logic, criteria, and assumptions for traceability and reuse.
- Flag data gaps or inconsistencies and work with stakeholders to identify alternatives or request additional data.
- Support testing and business teams during test execution by verifying that selected data aligns with test cases.
- Maintain a catalog of reusable test data records aligned to key business processes and test scenarios.
- Ensure data identification aligns with internal policies and data privacy standards (eg, GDPR).
Key Skills:
- SAP Testing
- SAP data cleansing, data quality management, or a similar role, preferably within an SAP environment.
- SAP/S4Hana
