SAP Data Cleansing Project Lead - £Market Rate/day Inside IR35 - Hybrid/UK - 1st October start
Travel will only be as and when required, not on site weekly & for this role travel to the site in the UK won't be expensed but the travel to other sites will be expensed.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience leading end-to-end IT and SAP transformation projects, ideally including SAP S/4HANA or wider enterprise systems delivery.
- Experience delivering data cleansing, Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives within complex transformation environments.
- Proven project management capability across planning, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, governance and delivery milestones.
- Experience managing medium-to-large cross-functional technology programmes, coordinating business, IT, SAP/technical teams and third-party vendors.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery, with excellent stakeholder management, change management and executive reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of data cleansing and transformation activities, supporting wider SAP S/4HANA and enterprise transformation objectives.
- Own project scope, plans, timelines, budgets, resources and delivery roadmaps, ensuring agreed milestones and quality standards are achieved.
- Coordinate business, technology, data and vendor teams, ensuring data and project activities remain aligned with the wider transformation.
- Manage project governance, risks, issues and dependencies, leading steering meetings, status reporting, escalation and corrective actions.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, business readiness and change adoption, including communications, training and transition activities.
