Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of finance and HR data to identify gaps, patterns, and improvements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements and support data migration processes.
- Facilitate workshops and engage with IT to align with the Bank's design principles.
- Analyse critical data elements, metrics, hierarchies, and address key pain points in the finance data model.
- Support data cleansing, migration, and system configuration tasks.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve data quality and reporting.
Key Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, particularly in finance or ERP transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of finance data processes and SAP S/4HANA migration.
- Skilled in data analysis tools (Informatica, Alteryx, SQL, Python, etc.) and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of data governance, quality standards, and Agile project methodology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience working across diverse teams.
