Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the cutover strategy for a complex SAP migration (ECC to S/4HANA)
- Work closely with business & technical teams to minimise risk and downtime
- Align cutover activities with key stakeholders across IT and business units
- Ensure seamless data migration, system readiness, and business continuity
- Lead mock cutovers, rehearsals, and final go-live execution
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as an SAP Cutover Manager on large-scale SAP transformations
- Expertise in ECC to S/4HANA cutovers, including system integration and data migration
- Retail industry experience - understanding of business-critical processes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
