Summary: The SAP Cutover Manager will oversee the cutover delivery for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation within a higher education organization. This role involves managing the end-to-end cutover strategy, coordinating across various teams, and leading mock cutovers. The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on experience in SAP cutover leadership and a strong understanding of business continuity and service transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end SAP cutover strategy
- Build and manage the integrated cutover plan
- Coordinate across functional, technical, data, testing and business teams
- Lead mock cutovers and dress rehearsals
- Run command centre operations at go-live
- Manage cutover risks, dependencies and executive reporting
Key Skills:
- Substantial hands-on SAP cutover leadership experience
- Experience leading cutover on large, complex SAP programmes (S/4HANA preferred)
- Ownership of integrated cutover plans across multiple workstreams
- Experience delivering mock cutovers in enterprise environments
- Management of data migration, interfaces and SaaS integrations at go-live
- Experience transitioning complex IT landscapes into live service
- Public sector / Higher Education exposure desirable
- Strong business continuity & service transition knowledge (ITIL awareness)
- Confident working with executive stakeholders

It is a super exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced SAP professional, who thrives in complex landscapes and embraces change.
As the programme moves from design into build, integration and data migration, we’re looking for a proven SAP Cutover Manager to shape, own and manage the cutover delivery.
As the SAP Cutover Manager, you will:
- Own the end-to-end SAP cutover strategy
