Summary: The Cutover Lead is tasked with the planning and execution of cutover activities for SF and SAP systems, ensuring successful transitions through comprehensive strategy development and management. This role involves coordinating technical and business cutover activities, including readiness assessments and post-go-live support. The Cutover Lead will leverage expertise in systems cutover, particularly with SAP and SuccessFactors, to manage risks and communicate effectively with stakeholders. The position is based in Bradford, requiring on-site presence three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and management of the cutover strategy and plan for SF and SAP systems.
- Coordination of technical cutover activities across internal and external suppliers.
- Conducting cutover trials and final conversions.
- Planning for continuity and contingency.
- Assessing go-live readiness and conducting production verification testing.
- Providing go-live support and post-go-live stabilization.
- Coordinating business cutover activities, including business readiness and freeze.
- Preparing cutover reports for key governance milestones.
Key Skills:
- 3 years experience in systems cutover, preferably with SAP and SuccessFactors.
- Ability to create and manage Cut Over Plans.
- Experienced in project management.
- Risk raising and reporting skills.
- Confident communication across multiple stakeholder groups.

The Cutover Lead is responsible for the successful planning and execution of the aforementioned cutovers Development and management of the cutover strategy and plan encompassing SF and SAP systems and business cutover activities Coordination of technical cutover activities across a range of internal and external suppliers including Environment preparation Cutover trials Final conversions Continuity planning Contingency planning Golive readiness assessment Production verification testing Golive support Post golive stabilisation Coordination of business cutover activities including Business readiness Business freeze Pre and post golive transition activities Preparation of cutover reports for key governance milestones The Cutover Lead will work closely with and draw on the expertise of the 3 years experience in systems cut over preferably SAP and SuccessFactors Ability to create and manage Cut Over Plans Experienced in Project management and the roles requirements Risk Raising Reporting for example Confident communicator across multiple stakeholder groups
