Summary: The role of SAP Cutover Manager involves leading the end-to-end cutover strategy and execution for a significant SAP S/4HANA manufacturing transformation project. Key Responsibilities:
- Define, plan, and manage the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA cutover strategy
- Develop and maintain detailed cutover plans, runbooks, and rehearsal schedules
- Coordinate cutover activities across all SAP and business workstreams
- Manage dependencies across data migration, testing, deployment, and business readiness
- Lead cutover rehearsals, mock cutovers, and go-live readiness assessments
- Own cutover governance, risks, issues, and decision points
- Act as the central point of coordination during go-live and hypercare transition
- Work closely with PMO, data, testing, and deployment teams
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as an SAP Cutover Manager on SAP S/4HANA programmes
- Manufacturing sector experience (discrete or process manufacturing)
- Strong understanding of SAP deployment, data migration, and testing cycles
- Experience joining programmes well in advance of go-live and shaping cutover approach

We are supporting a large SAP S/4HANA manufacturing transformation and are seeking an experienced SAP Cutover Manager to join the programme approximately 9 months ahead of go-live.
This is a critical role, responsible for owning and driving the end-to-end cutover strategy and execution across business and IT workstreams. Previous SAP S/4HANA cutover experience within a manufacturing environment is essential.
