Summary: The SAP Cutover Lead is responsible for the planning and execution of cutover activities related to Employee Central and Recruitment and Onboarding systems, with a deployment scheduled for early October. This role involves developing cutover strategies, coordinating technical activities, and ensuring go-live readiness. The Cutover Lead will collaborate with various project stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and stabilization post-deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and management of the cutover strategy and plan, encompassing SF and SAP systems, and business cutover activities
- Coordination of technical cutover activities across a range of internal and external suppliers
- Environment preparation
- Cutover trials
- Final conversions
- Continuity planning

- Go-live readiness assessment

- Go-live support and live stabilization
Key Skills:
- 3+ years experience in systems cutover preferably SAP and SuccessFactors
- Ability to create and manage Cut Over Plans
- Experienced in Project management and the roles requirements, Risk Raising, Reporting
- Confident communicator across multiple stakeholder groups

Role and Responsibilities
Our Employee Central (EC) and Recruitment and Onboarding (R&O) cutovers are planned to go through September with a deployment within the first week of October (TBC). The Cutover Lead is responsible for the successful planning and execution of the aforementioned tovers.
- Development and management of the cutover strategy and plan, encompassing SF and SAP systems, and business cutover activities
- Coordination of technical cutover activities across a range of internal and external suppliers, including:
- Environment preparation
- Cutover trials
- Final conversions
- Continuity planning
- Contingency planning
- Go-live readiness assessment
- Production verification testing
- Go-live support
- Dost on live stabilisation
The Cutover Lead will work closely with and draw on the expertise of the:
- Project Managers
- & Wipro technical leads
- release manager
- test lead
- business change team
- AMS support teams and leads
- PMOS
PREFERRED SKILLS
- 3+ years experience in systems cut over preferably SAP and SuccessFactors
- Ability to create and manage Cut Over Plans
- Experienced in Project management and the roles requirements, Risk Raising, Reporting for example
