Summary: The SAP CS Consultant role is focused on leading and supporting end-to-end SAP Customer Service implementations within S/4HANA environments. The consultant will manage functional activities, conduct workshops with stakeholders, and collaborate with technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end SAP CS implementations and rollout projects.
- Configure and customize SAP CS solutions in S/4HANA environments.
- Conduct workshops and gather business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and propose optimized SAP CS solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications and work closely with ABAP/development teams.
- Support coding validation, unit testing, integration testing, and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams for successful project delivery.
- Assist in prototype creation, system demonstrations, and final deployment activities.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
