Are you an experienced SAP Consultant with a passion for Payroll (PY) and Time Management (TM) configuration?

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Consultant to join our dynamic Reward Operations (RO) team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our SAP Payroll and Time Management systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in building a new SAP payroll in an established SAP ECC system, following business requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of SAP HR systems.
• Assess and address the impact of SAP updates and change packages, ensuring configuration updates are executed appropriately.
• Contribute to Payroll Control Centre (PCC) configuration and implementation, as well as other payroll-related projects.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of proven experience in delivering complex SAP HR projects, with specific expertise in the HR Payroll domain.
• Proficiency in SAP Payroll configuration (wage types, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR), and Schemes).
• Strong working knowledge of SAP Time and Attendance, including time evaluation.
