Summary: The role involves multiple SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultants focusing on regression testing, finance and operational process validation, and upgrade support activities within a large-scale utilities/energy environment. The positions are for an initial 6-month contract with a preference for an ASAP start. The roles are hybrid, requiring 1-2 days of on-site work near South Birmingham/Solihull.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support SAP S/4HANA upgrade activities
  • Conduct regression testing, SIT, and UAT support

Key Skills:

  • Strong SAP functional consulting experience across FICO, P2P, or Project Systems

  • Hands-on experience supporting regression testing, SIT, and UAT activities
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable operating across business and technical teams
  • Utilities or energy sector experience highly desirable

SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultants - FICO/P2P/Project Systems - Utilities Programme

Robert Half are supporting a major UK organisation on the search for multiple SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultants to support a live S/4 upgrade programme within a large-scale utilities/energy environment. These roles will focus heavily on regression testing, finance and operational process validation, functional analysis, defect triage, and upgrade support activities across key SAP workstreams ahead of a major S/4 go-live.

The organisation is looking for proactive, hands-on functional consultants comfortable operating across both business and technology teams within fast-paced enterprise programme environments.

Current Requirements

* SAP S/4HANA FICO Functional Consultant
* SAP S/4HANA P2P Functional Consultant
* SAP S/4HANA Project Systems Consultant

Assignment Details

* Initial 6 month contracts
* Hybrid working c.1-2 days near South Birmingham/Solihull
* ASAP start preferred
* £500-650 p/day rates via FCSA Umbrella Company
