Summary: The SAP Change Manager role in Oxford involves leading organizational change management for a complex SAP migration project as part of a global initiative. The position requires extensive experience in change management, particularly in delivering ERP changes on a global scale. The successful candidate will support the establishment of an integrated operating model and systems across multiple work streams, focusing on harmonizing processes in manufacturing, procurement, payroll, finance, and warehousing. This role is hybrid, requiring four days on-site and one day remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage organizational change for a complex SAP migration project.
- Design and implement structured change management strategies.
- Deliver ERP (SAP) changes on a global scale.
- Develop communication strategies for complex digital technology projects.
- Facilitate organizational change in agile environments.
- Oversee medium to large and complex project deliveries.
- Manage direct reports including Change Analysts and ERP Trainers.
- Support the establishment of an ERP environment for various business functions.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in organizational change management roles.
- Global experience in change management and ERP (SAP) implementations.
- Specialized Change Management methodology certifications (e.g., PROSCI).
- Strong organizational skills including time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and manage teams through change.
